Prerequisites

Prerequisites for attending the PSMJ Bridges programs:

  • Manager Program: Completion of PM Essentials – Design, PM Essentials – Construction, or hold a management level position in an architectural, engineering or construction company.
  • Leader Program: Completion of PSMJ Bridges Manager program, scoring at least 18/24 on the final proficiency test.

Accreditation

Participants in each level of the PSMJ Bridges program receive a certificate of completion, indicating the number of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points, at the rate of one formal point per hour of the program, less time spent on breaks, lunches, etc.

These points are accepted by most professional architecture and engineering accrediting bodies and professional societies, toward maintaining professional registration and/or society membership.

Persons who complete all three levels of the Bridges program, scoring at least 18/24 on the final proficiency test, and completing a case study assignment, will receive a certificate of Master of Project Interface Management through the PSMJ Accreditation Program.

The case study assignment will be proposed by the participant, requiring the approval of the Program Facilitator, and will describe how the implementation of the Bridges methodology changed some important aspect of the way that the participant’s firm achieved its objectives. The results of this study will be written by the participant, in a Report of approximately 1500 words, and will be submitted to PSMJ Asia Pacific for publication in the PSMJ Asia Pacific newsletter, or posted on the PSMJ Asia Pacific website.
